Stay Trim Looking with a Man Girdle

A couple of years ago, being metro sexual was all the rage.  A good deal of the male population suddenly became more aware of their appearance.  This was a good thing for most men.  They started taking better care of themselves and this included their diet and skin care.  One way that they were able to look trim while dieting was to wear a man girdle.

While it is not as hip to be metro sexual as it was a few years ago, men still want to take better care of themselves and want to look good when they go out into the public.  The man girdle is the best way to do this while shedding those unwanted pounds.  A men’s girdle will hold in the stomach, love handles and extra fat in the pectoral region.

There is no need to have a pot belly prominently displayed.  You can hide this quite easily while you are working out at the gym or even out for a night on the town.  Just because you have not lost the weight you want to lose yet does not mean you have to look like it.

There are many styles of men’s girdles on the market.  Some are called compression tanks, body shaping boxers and the standard girdle.  Each type of man girdle comes with its own pros and cons when it comes to offering support and hiding the problem areas on a male body.  They can be worn as one piece or you can mix and match them to get the most flattering look possible.

The compression tank is a tank top that is made of a micro fiber that helps to hold in all of the problem areas of the core of the body.  It will hold the pectoral and abdominal muscles while offering some back support as well.  These look like regular tank tops and do not show through clothing.

The body shaping briefs look similar to the boxer brief except that they come up further on the waist to hold in the stomach.  This type of man girdle does not offer the support in the pectoral area.  You can wear the briefs with the compression tank to get an over all slimmer look.

The man girdle looks very similar to the female version, but it is cut with a male body in mind.  They are wider than a female type girdle and go from the waist to just below the chest area.  Again, if you need support in the chest, you may want to couple this with the compression tank.  There are two sets of hooks so that you can make the man’s girdle smaller as lose weight.

Wearing a girdle is not just for women any more.  Many men appreciate the slimming effect that offered with a man’s girdle.  There are many styles to choose from and they can be mixed and matched to offer you the most slimming look and best support available.
